how to get involved

Thank you to all who filled out a volunteer form this past school year. We are using the forms to create a database of volunteer interests and skills to call upon throughout the year. We will email you if a need comes up. Upcoming needs are also shared in the Falconer  and on GroupMe.

We are currently filling out our Parents’ Association Council and Committees. If you would like to throw your name in the hat or nominate someone else, please send an email to

We are so grateful to our families for giving of their time, talent and treasure. Families are asked to volunteer 40 hours or more of service per school year to the school orto make a donation.

Safe Environment

All volunteers must complete Safe Environment training annually. For questions or to check your status, please contact Anna Lee Friesen, Director of HR and Safe Environment at

Volunteer Opportunities Calendar

Go to  TRACK IT FORWARD  to create an account (only one account per family). Once you create your family account you will be able to view volunteer opportunities under the "Events" tab, sign up to volunteer for different events, and log volunteer hours.

To receive volunteer hours please be sure you are signing up through Track It Forward. This volunteer system serves many purposes including confirming all volunteers are Safe Environment cleared.

Mrs. Echavarria is the school’s Volunteer Coordinator. She can be reached by calling the school office or email
